LEXINGTON, KY – Planet Fitness, Roses and dd’s Discounts (Ross Stores) will occupy the 104,000-sq.-ft. vacancy at Southwood Square Shopping Center in High Point, North Carolina that was created when Kmart closed.
BC Wood Properties, owner of Southwood Square Shopping Center, announced that dd’s Discounts, Roses and Planet Fitness plan to open by spring of 2017. The new tenants will join a tenant roster that includes Dollar Tree, Save-A-Lot, Jackson Hewitt, Nationwide Insurance and Shoe Show.
“We’ve strategically filled the vacant Kmart box with three tenants we feel will meet the needs of the local community and ultimately improve the tenant mix in the center,” said King Offutt, President of BC Wood Properties. “We believe the addition of dd’s Discounts, Roses and Planet Fitness will bring new customers to the center and will attract new tenants.”
