BC Wood Properties was founded by Lexington native Brian Wood on a simple but powerful premise: Investing in shopping centers that serve middle-class America is not only good for community development, it’s good business.
Since 1994, Brian has pulled together an exceptional team to bring this vision to life: attorneys, accountants, leasing managers, acquisitions and dispositions managers, marketing managers, property managers, and on-site maintenance crews… Together, we’ve transformed over 5 million square feet of under-utilized retail real estate into profitable investments.
