BC Wood Properties is now offering our tenants the option to opt-in for ACH rent payment. We can now set up your monthly rent payment to be automatically debited from your bank account.
Below is the ACH form with the information needed to set up an automatic payment of your rent and other expenses.
Your account must be current in order to enroll in this program. Enrollment will begin 15 days after your form is received. Please continue to submit checks until that time.
