Our acquisition targets are neighborhood and community shopping centers with an emphasis on grocery-anchored retailers in growing secondary markets.

We invest in properties to which we can add value, whether through leasing initiatives (below-market leases, vacancy lease-up, or improving tenancy on roll-over), out-parcel development, or physical redevelopment.
