BC Wood Properties is focused exclusively on actively managing the acquisition, redevelopment, and ownership of retail properties in the Southeast, Mid-South and Mid-Atlantic regions of the US. Our acquisition targets are neighborhood and community shopping centers with an emphasis on grocery-anchored retailers in growing secondary markets.
We invest in properties to which we can add value, whether through leasing initiatives (below-market leases, vacancy lease-up, or improving tenancy on roll-over), out-parcel development, or physical redevelopment. Our access to discretionary capital and our highly experienced team allow us to act on opportunities quickly. Our reputation and track record provide certainty of closure for sellers.
