LEXINGTON, KY. – BC Wood Properties announces the acquisition of Kinderton Place, a 56,112 square-foot retail center in Bermuda Run, NC. The shopping center is located in a suburb of Winston-Salem, 16 minutes from downtown, directly off I-40.
Kinderton Place is anchored by Lowes Foods, with other tenants including Domino’s Pizza, Subway, and locally owned businesses.
BC Wood Properties is a Lexington, Ky. based commercial real estate company in its 28th year of business which focuses on the acquisition and operation of value-add retail shopping centers in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the U.S. BC Wood Properties currently owns, leases and manages 24 shopping centers in 7 states.
The property was purchased for the benefit of BC Wood Real Estate Fund III, LP, the Company’s third private equity fund. The portfolio contains a blend of centers anchored with national retail tenants as well as grocery-anchored properties.
