LEXINGTON, KY – BC Wood Properties has acquired Catawba Village, a 56,840 square foot retail shopping center located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The shopping center is anchored by Food Lion and is also occupied by Workout Anytime and State Farm. Catawba Village is the 5th North Carolina based shopping center in the Company’s portfolio.
BC Wood Properties owns and manages 39 shopping centers comprising over 5 million square feet of retail space in 11 states. The Company’s portfolio contains a blend of national anchor retail tenants and grocery anchored properties.
