LEXINGTON, KY. – BC Wood Properties announced today that it has acquired McCarthy Crossing, a 59,673-square-foot Food Lion anchored shopping center in New Bern, North Carolina. The shopping center is located at the intersection of Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd and McCarthy Blvd just a few miles from the Trent and Neuse Rivers.
McCarthy Crossing is anchored by Food Lion and CVS, along with a robust lineup of small shop tenants.
