Trevor J. Marshall
Vice President of Investments
Trevor joined BC Wood Properties in February 2017 as an investment analyst. Prior to his time with the company he worked as an investment analyst for Mack-Cali, a New Jersey based REIT, where he assisted in $1.5 billion in transactions. Trevor currently serves as the Vice President of Investments where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, overseeing the disposition of assets, and assisting in the reporting process.
Trevor has lived in Lexington the majority of his life, with a few small stints in the mid-west and NYC. He earned his B.A in Finance from The University of Kentucky and currently lives in Versailles, KY with his wife and two sons.
