After graduating, Trevor relocated to Jersey City, New Jersey, to work as an Investment Analyst at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT. While there, he supported over $1.5 billion in transactions.
Trevor currently serves as Vice President of Investments at BC Wood Properties, where he has played a key role in the acquisition of 14 assets totaling $203 million and the disposition of 19 assets totaling $201 million. His responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, managing asset dispositions, and supporting the firm’s financial reporting efforts.
A lifelong Kentuckian, Trevor has lived primarily in Lexington, with brief stints in the Midwest and the New York City area. He now resides in Versailles, Kentucky, with his wife and two sons.
