Lee R. Cowden

Director of Asset Management

Lee joined BC Wood Properties in January 2014. During his tenure with the company, he has held several roles. He started as a Property Manager where his duties included overseeing capital improvements, tenant renovation and construction projects, and the day-to-day management of the properties. He next served as a Leasing Associate where he was responsible for the day-to-day leasing activities of over 2.1 million square feet of real estate. This experience prepared him well for his current role, Director of Asset Management, where he oversees the Leasing and Property Management Departments.

Lee is a native Lexingtonian and earned his B.A. in Business Management from The University of Kentucky. Lee lives in Lexington, KY with his wife and daughter.
