As Chief Accounting Officer, Julie oversees the financial management of BC Wood Properties. Before joining the company, Julie was the Controller at Carbon Landmark Construction in Richardson, TX that specialized in the construction and development of mixed-use properties. Prior to Carbon, Julie was the Assistant Controller and then Regional Controller for Prentiss Properties, Inc., a publicly-traded real estate investment trust headquartered in Dallas, TX. Julie earned her B.A. in Accounting from North Central College in Naperville, IL, and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
