In his current role, Hunter leads the leasing team and oversees all leasing activities across BC Wood’s multi-state retail portfolio. He is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies that drive occupancy & NOI growth, strengthen tenant mix, and maximize asset value. Hunter works closely with property management, acquisitions, and ownership to ensure the long-term success of each asset.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Hunter is committed to civic engagement and currently serves on the boards of the Lexington Children’s Museum, University of Kentucky DanceBlue Marathon, Lexington Habitat for Humanity, Lexington Public Library and is the chair of the Lexington Catholic High School Alumni Council. Hunter earned his B.S. in Economics from The University of Kentucky.
