Destiny Wenning brings more than 20 years of legal and business leadership experience to BC Wood Properties, where she serves as In-House Counsel and Director of Legal and Strategic Operations. Destiny oversees the legal aspects of the company’s portfolio while also leading strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence. Her background spans commercial real estate law, corporate governance, litigation management, and team development, gained through both private practice and senior in-house roles. Destiny holds a J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business. She is currently completing her Executive MBA, further enhancing her ability to align legal strategy with business growth objectives. Destiny’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to supporting BC Wood’s culture of integrity, innovation, and institutional-quality performance.

Outside of work, Destiny is a wife and mother and also chairs the Board of a pregnancy crisis center and leads the musical worship team at her church.
