Brandi Norwood
Executive Vice President of Real Estate
Brandi is Executive Vice President of Real Estate at BC Wood Properties where she is responsible for development and execution of Company-wide business development strategies and overall Portfolio optimization in collaboration with our management, acquisition and leasing teams in order to maximize net operating income and enhance value creation.
Before joining BC Wood Properties, Brandi served for over 10 years as Vice President of Leasing at AlbaneseCormier, where she played a key role in expanding the company to more than 100 centers at its peak. She later led numerous disposition projects, strategically timing sales to maximize value. Her work spanned a wide range of transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, pad site sales, and ground leases. Brandi was especially effective at leasing up shopping centers quickly, enabling short hold periods and strong returns. Her deep industry relationships unlocked many opportunities that significantly enhanced the company’s portfolio.
Earlier in her career, Brandi spent 12 years at Weingarten Realty, where she earned multiple performance awards and built lasting relationships with top national retailers. Her extensive network, market knowledge, and talent for structuring the right deals made her a vital contributor to the firm’s success.
Brandi is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), where she has held several leadership roles. She was also recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in both Q2 2020 and 2024. In addition, she mentors young professionals entering the industry.
Outside of work, Brandi is passionate about giving back. She volunteers with organizations including the American Cancer Society, United Way, and her local church. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband Johnny and their son Ty, a student at the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, exploring the outdoors, and—true to form—anything related to commercial real estate.
