Lee joined BC Wood Properties in January 2014. During his tenure with the company, he has held several roles. He started as a Property Manager where his duties included overseeing all facets of the day-to-day management of a portfolio of shopping centers. These duties included the budgeting and execution of all capital projects and tenant renovations. He next served as a Leasing Associate where he was responsible for the day-to leasing activities of over 2.1 million square feet of real estate. This experience prepared him well for his current role, Senior Vice President of Operations, where he oversees the firm’s leasing and property management activities. Throughout his career with BC Wood Properties, Lee has managed tens of millions of dollars in capital projects and negotiated of hundreds of commercial leases.

Lee is a native Lexingtonian and earned his B.A. in business Management from the University of Kentucky. Lee lives just outside Lexington with his wife, Chandler, and their two children.
