The transaction included 3 retail centers located in Jackson, Mich.; Durham, N.C.; and Salem, Va., All 3 centers are anchored by Kroger Grocery Stores (NYSE:KR).<\/p>\n<p>The properties were purchased for the benefit of the Company\u2019s second private equity fund, BCW Strategic Alliance Fund, LP.
