LEXINGTON, KY. \u2013 BC Wood Properties<\/strong> announces the acquisition of Poplar Springs Plaza, a 64,079 square-foot shopping center located in Duncan, SC just outside of Greenville.<\/p>\n

Poplar Springs Plaza is a Publix anchored center with several other national and locally owned businesses including Anytime Fitness, The UPS Store and Domino\u2019s Pizza as well as various other small shop spaces.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of Poplar Springs is intended to enhance the growth of BC Wood Real Estate Fund III, LP, the Company’s third private equity fund. The portfolio encompasses a variety of centers with strong national retail tenants as well as grocery-anchored properties.<\/p>\n
