LEXINGTON, KY. \u2013 BC Wood Properties<\/strong> announces the acquisition of Sentry Station, a 67,796 square-foot shopping center in the Chattanooga MSA. The center is situated along Battlefield Parkway in Fort Oglethorpe, GA.<\/p>\n

Sentry Station offers a strong national tenant line up including Bealls Outlet, CATO and Hibbett Sports as well as several local businesses. The center is situated just south of the Tennessee border, approximately ten miles Southeast of Chattanooga.<\/p>\n

The property was purchased for the benefit of BC Wood Real Estate Fund III, LP, the Company\u2019s third private equity fund. The portfolio contains a blend of centers anchored with national retail tenants as well as grocery-anchored properties.<\/p>\n
