The shopping center is located on Cherry Road, which is one of Rock Hill\u2019s main thoroughfares.<\/p>\n<p>The Commons at Winthrop is occupied by Earth Fare, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, U.S. Postal Service, H&amp;R Block, and GNC. BC Wood Properties plans to completely renovate the shopping center.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to serving the community of Rock Hill and believe our plans to renovate the center will generate new interest from a broad spectrum of retailers and service providers,\u201d\u00a0said King Offutt, President and COO of BC Wood Properties.
